Yep, it works - whoever fixed it gets a thumbs up.

    Will give it a try.
If it works, this is one of the finest browns I've seen come out of Eucumbene.
I don't only rate fish by size. This was a superbly conditioned fish that fell for a 'Bushy's Horror' around midday in strong sun. It clocked in just over 5lb.

I've never tried accessing TBX from a phone before, not sure if this will work.

Now there are no excuses! People complain about the pic loading on another forum I was on. Pics have to be re-sized first. I have always downloaded pics, from my camera, on a desktop. This is the first time I have downloaded pics from my phone. To be honest, I most likely will use my camera/desktop the most, but for people who can take a good pic with their phone, it is now brilliant here!
    cheers

Jim, I've only tried the new (original) system once. While I have resized in the past, I tried 'as is'.
It worked fine. Might be different though with images from my main camera which is 18mpix. The image used a few days ago was from an 11mpix job. Lot of difference in the data level. Was it Jed who couldn't post images from his phone?

Noel, not sure if you misunderstood but the pics having to be resized is in reference to another forum. On saying that, when downloading on TBX, I used to resize the pics (on a desktop). I thought it looked a bit better with smaller pics. I am not sure if it made any difference. I can't remember who exactly had problems downloading pics on their phone, but it would have been difficult for everyone.

I am about to upload an old pic of a Waranga Basin trout. One of the larger files that i have. Lets see how it goes without being down sized!

Jim, I did have the wrong interpretation.
I have used images from the current camera and the (previous) upload program couldn't handle the data volume. Will try a couple later. Have been invited to do an author talk at Queanbeyan library next month so am busy putting words and matching slideshow together. Take a long time.

Jim, I think most devices whether they be a PC, phone or tablet will display pics in a fit to screen size which has happened with your pic. However, if you left click on the pic it goes to the original size if that makes any sense and it then becomes too large for the screen. I wonder if not downsizing photos will eventually create problems with the upload function again should too many large images clog the system (that's computer talk).

The other forum that I was on...that images had to be resized...was due to how admin set it up. The amount of pics on there (and there was a lot) required more storage (more computer talk) and I guess admin had to either cough up more money, or down size.

It may not be an issue here but on saying that, I will continue down sizing pics when on the desk top. But with a few people complaining (about having to downsize pics) on the other forum, i see it as a bonus here that it doesn't have to be done. I myself will still use a camera for most of my pics here as my phone takes sh!t pics!

Wally, after looking at your fishing pic, I so want to come there!
    cheers

Jim you know where I am, would love your company. You need to use your new gear.
Decided last night to go and check my fridge to see what bait I had for Carp. Found Linseed seeds Most fish will try theml. So today I crushed them and steamed them and mixed in to my dough. Anyway my results. And favourite Rod a 1 lb feather tip 2-5kgrod .. 2A02F7A4-0A78-4F9D-BFA4-9820BB87A029.jpeg 679250AD-FA8B-45D5-B730-D077EF932823.jpeg 0A228CDA-9342-4E24-B623-335FF9EC6335.jpeg 26859968-4208-4E02-991D-9EB8BF49711C.jpeg 25C6EF56-732E-4705-B8DF-8B6D60470598.jpeg
