    Bender's secret warehouse!

Tomorrow may be the day! Thought about luring the elusive yella, or finishing the carp comp off! Then I thought, why not do both!
    cheers

The story so far...depart Shepparton's IGA cafe this arvo. Head to the Nine Mile Creek at Wunghnu. The next hour or so is best described as the 'Goldilocks' of fishing trips! Too weedy, too far from the car, too much of a fire hazard to park the car...and it went on. And so did the km's! After Wunghnu it was Numurkah....then Katamatite!!!! Heading back to Shepp with no idea where I am going and I see the sign...Cosgrove Road! So now I am at my sister's and I haven't wet a line!
    Cheers

I worked this morning then ducked out to Burraga dam in the late morning. Spotted a large carp in a area clear of reeds and rushes, hooked it and it promptly buried me in the rushes buggar. Got a smaller one later in the day on a size 8 black woolly worm, it went 73cm and 11lb.

    Some spots lacked shade!

I didn't bother trying last night so it was a complete waste of time. I may just wait for the Pirtek Fishing Challenge and take out both comps in the one hit!
    Cheers
