   Hi,
   
   I am heading up to Lake Cathie/Port Macquarie in November for a visit to the in-laws.
   
   Was wondering if there are any good bassin spots up there?.

   you can get the odd bass from the hastings river from wauchope and up river but there is alot of water between them and hard work getting them
   the better rivers in the area are the macleay river at kempsey or the manning river a taree
