Lyn and I, and Maisy of course went for a drive to Pykes this afternoon. I'ts well up from the last time we were there. There was a slight cool breeze with a bit of a ripple on the water, a great day to wet a line. Alas I didn't take a rod. There were a few people fishing, but we only saw one mud sucker landed.

    WHAT??

You left your front gate and didn't take a rod or even a handline squirreled away somewhere in the car?

Go and sit in the naughty corner Kev and recite 100 times:- "I do not go anywhere without a fishing line" ;)

A like form of criticism from here too my friend.
I believe you should be made to write it, not recite it.

I reckon it should be tattooed 100 times on your neck and arms. That should work, fancy not bringing a rod to good fishing water tsk tsk!
