We've had it for 3 years. Bought it privately from a guy in Sydney and paid $4,000 for the whole rig! Had to spend another $3500 getting the drivetrain fixed and I've spent another $4,000 fitting it out. But for all that we have a great little cruiser that is good for fishing and works well as an overnighter. Great for my wife and I and still comfy with two grandchildren on board for the day. OK for 4 adults but its a bit squeezy with the big engine box in the way. Haven't ventured out the heads yet, maybe next summer. Here's a couple of pics inside.

Don’t want to bore you with too much details.
    Had tin and glass.
    Large and small.
After all those now gone to a smaller 15’ glass boat.
Which is my 8th boat .
And has every thing on board that you’ll ever need.

I have a 4.2 stacer proline side console with a 40hp honda 4stroke, 55lb minkota, cd player, UHF radio, live bait tank and plumbed front fish well, led lights, raised the console a few inches to get the legs under, I had a couple of extra storage compartments put in...

I then bought a 1984 ford bronco with a 351 in it so i could get the boat into the river around wagga:D

Everyone asks me what the bronco is like on fuel...I always answer "it loves it" :D. It's only a toy, so it's ok, but I would hate to pay the fuel bill if you had to use it all the time

    Cheers...Brett

    Stacer setup

    Hi There
We recently bought the a 4.2m Stessco "Catcher" and the setup you have Brad on your Stacer is the exact same path we want to follow with a few small differences We really went for the basic shell that could be adapted down the track..Very workable setup for easy fishing. Was wondering about the gunwale setup and if you would have to have them custom made?Nice boat mate!
    Cheers

    gezz this is old

they are all gone nowdays and i'm down to just one boat and crew on another boat

my boat now days is a quinny 435 hornet trophy pushed along by a 50hp 4banger with the works
it does all of my river fishing and even gets taken outside a fair bit

i also crew on a 43' randle that does all my game fishing stuff nowdays

kayaks gone but not forgotten and one day i will have another one
